These are the basic steps for making Air Fryer Tender Halibut with Pistachio Crust. Refer to the full, printable recipe card at the bottom for detailed instructions.

STEP 1: Prep

First, preheat the air fryer. Then, in a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, house seasoning blend and olive oil until well combined.

STEP 2: Top

Next, pat the halibut dry with a paper towel. Then, apply the mustard and firmly press into crust mixture

STEP 3: Place in the Air Fryer and Cook the Halibut

Finally, line your air fryer basket or use cooking spray or olive oil spray to make it non-stick. Place the halibut in the basket and air fry at 350 with a cook time of 10-12 minutes. Halibut is done when it’s if fish flakes and the crust is a crispy golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Fish fillets, your favorite
  • ½ cup Pistachios, crushed
  • cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • All Purpose Seasoning, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, all purpose seasoning, and olive oil until well combined

  • Brush on an even layer of dijon mustard on one side of the fish
  • Firmly press coated side into crust mixture
