- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- House Seasoning Blend, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard

- In a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, and olive oil until well combined
- Use a paper towel to pat the fish dry
- Brush on an even layer of dijon mustard on one side of the fish
- Firmly press coated side into crust mixture
