STEP 1: PREPARTATION

First, preheat the air fryer, then in a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, house seasoning blend, and olive oil until well combined.

Next, dry the fish and apply the mustard, then apply the topping to the fish.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 fish fillets, your favorite
  • ½ cup crushed pistachios
  • cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • House Seasoning Blend, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl mix together pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, and olive oil until well combined
  • Use a paper towel to pat the fish dry
  • Brush on an even layer of dijon mustard on one side of the fish
  • Firmly press coated side into crust mixture
  • Place into air fryer basket that has been sprayed with nonstick spray
  • Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
