Asian Coleslaw
Asian Coleslaw is the perfect accompaniment to meat, fish, and noodles. Made with cabbage, onions, and pea pods, this slaw mix is seasoned with sweet and savory flavors to give it a unique profile.
Ingredients
Salad
- 14 ounces Coleslaw mix, 1 bag
- 1 cup Pea pods, fresh, cut diagonally
- 2 Green onions, sliced
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Add salad ingredients to a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

- Seeds: Add in sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or peanuts.
- Variation tip: Broccoli slaw or shaved Brussels sprouts can be used in place of the cabbage slaw.
- Zest: Lime zest, lemon zest, or lemon juice can add brightness.
