In a large bowl, combine ground chuck and Burger Seasoning Blend.
Gently mix with hands until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
Divide meat into 6 equal portions and form into patties.
Brush one side of each patty with vegetable oil.
Place oil side down and grill over medium high heat for about 6 minutes per side for medium well or until center reaches 160 degrees F. (If you prefer rare, grill for 4 minutes per side.)
Remove burgers from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes allowing the meat to come up to 165 degrees F.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as my Burger Sauce.
Christina's Notes
Season it Well: The best way to season a burger is if you make your own Burger Seasoning Blend with black pepper, cayenne, paprika, onion powder and more of your own spice mixes to taste.
Use the Right Burger Meat: I prefer 80/20 ratio ground chuck for perfectly tender and juicy burgers.
Foil: If cooking hamburgers in the oven, line your baking sheet in aluminum foil with cooking spray for easy clean up.
Burger Press: A burger press comes in handy when you make burgers.
Cook to 165°F: Use a meat thermometer to know when juicy hamburger recipes are done.
Toppings: Top your burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, worcestershire sauce or slice of cheese to the best homemade burgers.
Protein: Try an alternate protein such as turkey or even veggie burgers.
Other Cooking Methods: Try baking the burgers by cooking in the oven, air fryer, on a cast iron, grill or stovetop. Cooking times will vary.
Forming Patties: Once your homemade burgers patties are formed, press a little divot into the center with your thumb. This ensures that the center doesn't puff up when cooking.
