2. Adding seasoning to the meat.
3. Pressing the meat into a patty mold.

1. Prep the Meat for these Delicious Burgers

Preheat grill to medium high.

In a large bowl, combine ground chuck and burger seasoning. Gently mix with hands until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.

2. Form Patties

Divide beef mixture into 6 equal portions and form into hamburger patties. Brush one side of each patty with vegetable oil.

3. Cook the Burgers

Place the burger patties oil side down and grill over medium-high heat until medium well or center reaches 165°F.

Remove burgers from grill and allow burgers to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as Burger Sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef, 80/20 Ground chuck
  • 2 tablespoons Burger Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium high.
