Christina's Notes
Change up the Ingredients: Try sprinkling Blue Cheese Crumbles on top. Make several versions of this dip, one Hot, one Mild buffalo sauce, even Barbeque.
This Recipe Can be Doubled: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately and place in a large Crock Pot or two small ones to spread out the goodness at larger functions.
Top: Try topping the Crockpot buffalo chicken dip recipe with chopped green onions, cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese.
Blue Cheese Dressing: Replace the ranch with blue cheese dressing to bring a true Buffalo taste.
Cook the Chicken: Using raw chicken will increase the cook time but fresh, shredded chicken breast is always delicious. Be sure to shred the chicken before you include it.
Extra Cheesy: If you liked this recipe but want extra cheesy dip, add extra cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Consistency: If you need to thin out your dip some, add 1 cup of Buffalo sauce with a cup of ranch dressing to prevent the cheese from thickening it.
