Why This Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip is the Best?

This Kraft Buffalo Chicken Dip is the best because it uses rich cream cheese to make it supper creamy and satisfying. It also uses ingredients that you probably have on hand so its a great last minute appetizer.

How to Make Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip – Step by Step

  • Step One: Place the chicken and the wing sauce in a medium size skillet over medium high heat.  (Photo 1 below)
  • Step Two: When warmed through add the ranch dressing and the cream cheese. Stir in 1/2 the shredded cheese until everything is melted and combined. This rubber spatula works great for this.
  • Step Three: Transfer to a small crock pot and layer the remaining cheese on top.  (Photo 3 below)

Can you use your own, already-cooked, skinless, boneless chicken instead of canned chicken? Thank you!

Denise, I have used canned chicken and boneless skinless tenders, cooked in a skillet and shredded. The tenders I cook are a lot better

I love this recipe and am so glad it fits my Keto diet lifestyle! I am all over the blue cheese crumbles also, I love it so much that I’ve been known to grab a chunk from the fridge just to eat it alone!
