Instructions
Crush chips in bag to make small pieces. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Cover the pan with half of the crushed chips.
In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients except for the chips.
Fill the pan with the chicken mixture.
Bake in oven on 350 for 20 minutes.
Remove and cover the mixture with the remaining amount of chips.
Bake in oven for 5 more minutes.

Protein
: Use a different protein, for example, beef, pork or even turkey.
Add More Doritos:
Top off the casserole with even more Doritos.
Variation tip:
Top with fresh herbs or
Homemade Pico de Gallo
.
Chicken and Rice:
Mix in some cooked rice to the casserole for texture.
Cheese:
Feel free to add different cheeses to make it your own. Such as: Pepper Jack, Mexican Blend Cheese or even Velveeta.
