- ½ Lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk.
- This can be made 1-2 days ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Alternate Mayo: Use low fat or fat free mayo to make it more healthy.
- Cheater's Aioli: If you don't want to mince the garlic, you can still make this garlicky aioli with garlic paste.
- Roasted Garlic: Roast the garlic first before adding to the aioli.
- Homemade Mayonnaise: If you have time, make your own fresh mayo with your favorite homemade mayonnaise recipe.
- Lemon Juice: Add more lemon juice or lemon zest to this garlic sauce if desired.
