Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Philly Cheesesteak Dip is the cheesesteak experience in dip form! It's prepped in 10 minutes before your crock pot takes over to finish making this twist on an iconic Philadelphia favorite.
4ouncesVelveeta process cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
¼cupMayonnaise
¼cupSour cream
8slicesProvolone cheese, diced
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add peppers and onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Then, add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Remove from skillet and add to slow cooker.
In the same pan, add remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Season beef with All Purpose Seasoning Blend and add to skillet. Then, add Worcestershire sauce.
Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until beef is cooked through.
Remove from skillet and add to slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Mini: To keep the dip hot for your whole gathering, try using a mini slow cooker.
Low Carb: Dip this great recipe with pepper slices, mushrooms or cucumber slices.
Top: Top your Philly cheese steak dip with chopped tomatoes. green onions or French’s fried onions.
Cheese: Try adding a little pepper jack cheese, white American cheese or mozzarella cheese.
Variation: Swap for thinly sliced chicken to make it a chicken cheesesteak. Season with salt and pepper and add all your favorite Philly cheesesteak toppings.
