BBQ Chicken Sliders

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded, cooked chicken and BBQ sauce; Stir to combine.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Slice the rolls in half, lengthwise and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Top the chicken with bacon crumbles and even cover with cheese.
Top with the roll tops.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, BBQ seasoning and parmesan cheese. Evenly brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
Remove the sliders from the oven, lift off the top and evenly spread the prepared coleslaw on top. Slice into individual sliders before serving.
Notes
Add Red Onion:
For crunch try adding a little veggies such as red onion.
Variation tip:
Add an extra layer of bbq sauce to the tender chicken for more flavor.
Alternate ingredient:
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are a great to replace the chicken breast.
Dietary consideration tip:
Use a low calorie barbecue sauce for these sliders.
Toppings:
Add pickles or cool ranch to the top buns to add crunch and coolness.
