Making this easy BBQ Sauce recipe couldn’t be easier.  It’s a combination of sweetness, tanginess, deep flavor and just a whisper of heat.  All of the flavors are perfectly balanced for a robust sauce that is perfect for ribs, chicken, burgers and more!

I like to make it a day or two in advance of when I want it so the flavors have a chance to come together.  It also helps the sauce thicken.

  • STEP 1: Add ketchup to a medium sauce pan.
  • STEP 2:  Stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar.
  • STEP 3:  Season with House Seasoning Blend, dried mustard and cayenne pepper.
  • STEP 4: Stir until combined and simmer for 8 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon House Seasoning Blend
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  • Add ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir in House Seasoning Blend, dried mustard and cayenne.
  • Stir until all ingredients are combined.
  • Simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
  • To store, allow sauce to completely cool, then store in airtight container.
