Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Brown beef and drain off fat.
In the skillet add jarred sauce, seasonings and a handful of Mozzarella cheese to beef. Stir until evenly mixed and heated through (about five minutes)
Transfer mixture into an ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top.
Cut each biscuit in half and flatten by hand making them half inch thick. Line the biscuits on top of cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
