Sheet Pan Pancakes from Mix
Sheet Pan Pancakes from Mix are the best way to make pancakes. Make a tray of these instead of flipping individual pancakes for breakfast that's done in 20 minutes and only needs 3 ingredients!

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups Pancake mix
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425℉.
- Mix together your pancake mix, water, and vanilla.
- On a lightly greased sheet pan, pour in your pancake mix.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Allow it to cool before cutting into it.
- Cut into 12 servings. Top with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, fresh fruit, and/or more!
Christina's Notes
- Add Bacon: Add crumbled bacon or breakfast sausage in the sheetpan pancakes mix.
- Better Butter: Easy Cinnamon Honey Butter is amazing on these pancakes
- Nuts: Add chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans or dried fruit like raisins on the tops of the pancakes.
- Versions: Make different versions on the same sheet pan. Oven-baked pancakes are made to be blueberry, banana walnut, cinnamon raisin, sprinkles all at the same time.
