Valentine Chocolate Cracker Bark
Homemade Valentine Chocolate is truly the perfect gift. It is not only sweet but it shows that you took special effort to make it for the ones that you love.
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 12 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup M&Ms, Valentine’s
- Heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay crackers out in a single layer.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium/high heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour mixture over crackers, and work quickly to spread it evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While that is baking, chop white chocolate and melt over a double boiler.
- When crackers are done, remove from the oven, and spread melted chocolate over them.
- Top with M&Ms and sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for one hour to cool, then remove and gently break into pieces.

- Food Coloring: Make the White Chocolate pink or red to match the day.
- Different Candy: Use sweet or sour candy to create your own unique bark.
- Nuts: You favorite chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans can be added.
- Candy Bags: Add Valentine card tags and put in these festive gift bags.
- Alternate Ingredients: Crushed pretzels, coconut or candy hearts with sayings can be used.
