Asian Burger

This Asian Burger puts a twist on a classic favorite with chili sauce and Asian coleslaw. It's a sweet and spicy recipe with lots of unforgettable flavor.
Combine ingredients in a small bowl; stir until combined.
Set aside until ready to use.
Asian Slaw
Prepare as directed
Burgers
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
Form into 4 patties.
Grill until desired doneness.
Place each burger on bottom half of roll.
Top burger with a 1/4 cup of Asian Slaw.
Spread Thai Chili Sauce on inside of top bun.
Serve immediately.
Christina's Notes
Egg: Place a fried egg on top for even more flavor.
Variation tip: Use lettuce leaves in place of a bun for a keto version of this recipe. Serve with a side of carrots or celery.
Alternate ingredient: Don't have Oyster Sauce? Try using Worcestershire Sauce instead.
Toppings: For more Asian flavor, drizzle some sesame oil or rice vinegar and lime juice on top of the slaw. You can also top the burgers with green onions, pickles, diced cilantro, or scallions for a little crunch. Sriracha sauce can be added for more flavor in place of ketchup as a topping.
Alternate cooking method tip: Burgers can be made in the oven, on a grill pan, or on the grill. You can also make them in the air fryer, or fry them in a skillet.
