Crispy Spiced Potato Wedges
Crispy Spiced Potato Wedges are CRAZY good! The have a flavorful, crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior. Everything you would expect from the perfect fry.
Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons House Seasoning blend
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Cut in half length wise, then cut each half into quarters length wise.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil and seasonings.
- Toss until all potatoes are even coated.
- Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fork tender.

- Add Cheese: A smattering of Parmesan really elevate these wedges.
- Fresh Herbs: Sprinkle with your favorite fresh herbs such as fresh parsley, fresh basil or thyme.
- Alternate ingredient: Heat, a dash of your favorite hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
- Alternate cooking method tip: Air fryer and cook for 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the other side at 400 degrees.
