Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders
5 from 3 votes
These Shredded Pork Sliders layer BBQ pulled pork and coleslaw between Hawaiian rolls, all baked under a sesame butter glaze. They're ready in under 30 minutes.
Combine the pulled pork and BBQ sauce in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until heated through.
Keeping slider rolls attached to each other, place in a 9x13 baking dish. Use a serrated knife to slice through the center of the rolls so that you have a top layer and a bottom layer. Set the top layer aside.
Spread the pulled pork mixture evenly over the bottom half of the slider rolls.
Place the top layer of the rolls on top of the pork.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
Evenly spoon the glaze mixture over the rolls making sure each slider is coated.
Cover with foil and baking for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the sliders from the oven and use 2 spatulas to carefully remove the top layer of slider rolls.
Evenly spread the coleslaw on top of the pork and replace the top roll layer.
Christina's Notes
Keep Rolls Attached: Slicing the whole sheet of rolls at once keeps assembly quick and even.
Coat Every Slider: Spread the glaze all the way to the edges so no roll is left dry.
Add Coleslaw Last: Adding coleslaw after baking keeps it crisp instead of soggy.
Store Properly: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for about 3 days.
