Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Garlic Parmesan Sauce goes great with anything and takes just a few minutes to make. Enjoy this buttery, creamy sauce on everything from chicken, to pasta, to seafood.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Blend
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 1 ½ cups Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth
- ¾ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
- Add the butter to a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
- Once the butter has melted, stir in the minced garlic and Italian Seasoning Blend; stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the flour until a paste forms.
- Slowly whisk in the chicken broth until smooth and fully combined.
- Turn heat down to medium-low and allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
- Whisk in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and All Purpose Seasoning Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

- Cheese: Make sure to use freshly grated cheese instead of any artificial or processed cheeses.
- Fresh Herbs: Top the sauce with fresh herbs, such as basil or oregano.
- Spices: Add different spices to this recipe, such as garlic powder or onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
