Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts
5 from 2 votes
Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts are the perfect cheesy and crunchy side dish. Roasting brussels sprouts until they're golden brown and crispy really takes the flavor to a whole new level.
Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss together brussels sprouts, garlic, olive oil, All Purpose Seasoning blend and ⅛ cup parmesan. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes or until brussels sprouts are fork tender.
Toss with remaining parmesan cheese and serve.
Christina's Notes
Cut Side Down: Place the brussels sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet. This allows them to make direct contact with the hot surface and develop a nice char.
Don't Overcrowd: Give the brussels sprouts enough space on the baking sheet so that they roast instead of steaming. Use two baking sheets if necessary.
Topping: If I want some extra savory crunch, I can always add panko bread crumbs. Some other great toppings include kosher salt or a buttery parmesan blend.
High Heat: Roast them at a high temperature (400f) for optimal crispiness.
Parmesan Application: Add the parmesan cheese towards the end of the cooking time to prevent the parmesan from burning.
