Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
These Pizza Roll Ups with Pepperoni are an appetizer favorite. It's like a mini pizza, but instead of a flat crust, the toppings are nestled inside a delicious, buttery dough. It's a perfect snack to satisfying your pizza cravings in a fun and portable way.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Pizza crust, 2 cans refrigerated
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Pepperoni, sliced and chopped
- 1 cup Shredded cheese, we used mozzarella and fontina
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- Pizza sauce, dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On a floured surface, roll out each pizza crust.
- Evenly sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over each crust (1 tsp of each per crust).
- Top each crust with 1/2 a cup of pepperoni and 1/2 a cup of shredded cheese, making sure to leave a 1/2 inch border around the crust.
- Top each roll with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- Starting at one of the shorter ends, roll each crust into a tight log.
- Slice each roll crosswise into one-inch sections.
- Place the slices on a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite marina sauce for dipping.

- Roll tightly: The tighter you roll, the neater the pinwheels will be.
- Seal the edges: Use a little water or beaten egg to seal the seam of the dough before rolling. This helps prevent the filling from oozing out.
- Chill after rolling: Chill the rolled-up dough for at least 15 minutes before slicing. This will help the dough firm up and make it easier to cut.
