Christina's Notes
Loaded with Toppings: Replace the black beans with other beans for this ground beef nacho recipe. You should also try guacamole and refried beans.
Spices: Feel free to add more of your favorites, such as ground cumin, red pepper flakes or extra jalapenos. Try a variety of hot sauces on the side so people can add their own level of heat.
Different Meat: Make with ground turkey or ground pork.
Types of Cheese: Pepper jack cheese, cheddar and Monterey jack cheese or are all great in this taco nachos.
Chips:Make your own crisps in the oven! Try multi grain or any variety that you enjoy, even gluten free chips.
