Slow Cooker Cuban Sliders
5 from 6 votes
Cuban Sliders are delicious dill pickle ham and cheese sliders. They take 30 minutes to make, only need 9 ingredients and are absolutely perfect to bring to picnics!
Keeping slider rolls attached to each other, place in a 9x13 baking dish. Use a serrated knife to slice through the center of the rolls so that you have a top layer and a bottom layer. Set the top layer aside.
Spread the mustard evenly onto the bottom half of the slider rolls.
Top with deli ham, pulled pork, pickles and swiss cheese.
Place the top layer of the rolls on top of the sandwiches.
Combine the butter topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Evenly spoon the butter mixture over the rolls making sure each slider is coated.
Cover with foil and baking for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Christina's Notes
Double This Recipe: This is a great recipe for a crowd. Simply increase the ingredients proportionately and split it into two baking dishes before baking.
Panini Press: Use a sandwich press to toast the outside of your sliders before baking.
Do Not Overfill: Don't overfill the rolls or they will get soggy and fall apart.
Other Meat: Use different meat such as salami or any other deli meat.
