This Steakhouse Burger gives you fantastic restaurant-quality flavors without having to leave home. Topped with bacon and a bleu cheese spread, this juicy burger recipe also comes with a savory homemade steak sauce.
In a small bowl combine all of the Steakhouse Sauce ingredients and mix until combined. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the ground beef, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Mix by hand until combined. Divide burger mixture into four equal portions and form into patties.
Add burgers to grill cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until burger reaches desired doneness.
Slather Steakhouse Sauce on bottom half of bun. Place burger on top of bun and add a generous amount of Bleu Cheese Spread. Slather more Steakhouse Sauce on top half of bun. Top with your favorite toppings.
Christina's Notes
French Fries: This signature burger goes great with homemade French fries or potato wedges.
Dry Mustard: Dry mustard can add an additional flavor to this black and bleu burger.
Toasted Bun: Butter and toast the buns to make them more flavorful. You can use brioche or even pretzel buns.
BBQ Burger: Squeeze some barbecue sauce onto the center of the burger instead of the steak sauce.
Burger Toppings: Top the burger with a fried egg for extra richness. You can also add lettuce, red onions, tomato, mayo, or crispy caramelized onions.
Alternate cooking method tip: The burgers can be cooked in the air fryer if you can’t get to your outdoor grill. Air fry for 6 minutes at 370 degrees.
