Why This Shrimp Alfredo Recipe Works
Fettuccini alfredo is one of those recipes that’s great on its own but when you add a protein like shrimp or chicken, it takes it up a notch. This easy 15-minute recipe comes together quickly and is incredibly creamy and rich. Plus, I’m going to show you how to lighten it up with half of the fat and calories of traditional alfredo.
It also comes together very quickly because we’re using shrimp – one of my favorite quick-cooking proteins. Shrimp only takes minutes to cook and are the perfect addition to this recipe.

A Lighter Creamy Alfredo Sauce
One of the best things about this recipe is it uses New Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk. It’s a combination of cauliflower, fresh milk, and aged parmesan for a lighter take on classic Alfredo sauce. It’s a delicious sauce that you would expect from Bertolli but with half the fat and calories.
My family loved the taste and flavor of Bertolli Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk. In fact, they didn’t even realize it was made with cauliflower. It is a creamy alfredo sauce that you would expect from a brand like Bertolli.
Tips for Hosting Sunday Supper
Sunday supper is one of my favorite meals. I love getting my family and friends together to share a meal and connect. We spend most of our week running from activity to activity so it’s nice to have a meal where we can slow down and enjoy the food and company.
Have company over for dinner, however, can feel like a big undertaking. We feel pressured to pull out all of the stops and make a big fancy meal. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
This Shrimp Alfredo recipe is a meal that seems like you fussed when really, it only takes 15 minutes. Make a quick and easy, but incredibly delicious recipe, helps to make it fun and relaxing it was to host family or friends for a Sunday Supper.
