How does the Instant Pot work?

The magic of the Instant Pot lies in its pressure-cooking capabilities. By trapping steam and creating a high-pressure environment, it cooks food significantly faster than traditional methods. This translates to perfectly tender steak in a fraction of the usual time. No more waiting around for tough, chewy meat to finally cook through!

Can I freeze the Instant Pot Fajitas?

Of course, you can place in an air tight container or freezer bag with the extra liquid. It will be good for up to six months. It is a great freezer meal.

I love to use this recipe as a quick dinner option but also as meal prep for lunches. It holds up well for prepping ahead. And perfect when you need a little help.
