How to Make Grinch Fudge

These are the basic steps for making Grinch Fudge. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed step instructions.

Making and dying the fudge.

STEP 1: LINE PAN

Start by lining your baking pan with parchment paper, to help the parchment paper stick to the paper spray with a bit of cooking spray.

STEP 2: MELT CHOCOLATE

In a microwave safe container, melt your white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.

STEP 3: MAKE THE FUDGE

Pour in the can of sweetened condensed milk to the melted white chocolate and mix until fully combined. Now add green food dye, I suggest starting with a little and add more until you reach your desired shade of green.

STEP 4: ADD TO PAN

Now add the fudge mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread evenly with a non stick spatula. Top with sprinkles of your choice, I used green sprinkles and heart shaped sprinkles. Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

STEP 5: CUT INTO SQAURE

Once the fudge has fully set, remove from fridge and lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into 16-25 even squares. Serve on a Christmas themed serving tray and enjoy!
