How to Make No Bake Oreo Balls

These are the basic steps for making Snowman Oreo Balls. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions and nutrition information.

In a food processor make the filling.

STEP 1: CRUSH OREOS AND ROLL INTO BALLS

To a blender, add the oreo cookies four to five cookies at a time. Pulse until you get fine crumbs and add to a mixing bowl. Repeat until the full package of cookies is blended. Then mix cream cheese with the cookie crumbs. Mix well with a hand mixer. Roll into about 1-inch sized balls. Place on a plate and store in the fridge for one hour.

STEP 2: COVER IN WHITE CHOCOLATE

Melt Ghirardelli’s white chocolate wafers as directed on the bag. Dip balls into the melted chocolate and use a fork to allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper (shiny side up). Let the chocolate harden.

STEP 3: DECORATE SNOWMAN DETAILS

Meanwhile, melt the orange candy melts(find in the baking aisle) as directed on the package. Use the black sparkle gel to make dots for the eyes and mouth. Use the orange candy melts with a pastry brush to paint on the orange nose.

Dip in the chocolate.
