Why won’t this 2 Ingredient Fudge set?

A close look at the creamy fudge.

The main reason this fudge won’t set up properly is that the fudge has not reached the optimum temperature. If your fudge mixture only reaches 110 or 112 degrees it will always be soft. That’s why we recommend investing in a candy thermometer.
