Making the batter for the peanut butter bars

STEP 1: PREP YOUR PAN

First preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.

STEP 2: MIX TOGETHER INGREDIENTS

In one bowl mix together the dry ingredients including flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, set aside. Then in another bowl beat together peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter. Then stir in the egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients mixture with the wet ingredients.

  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup peanut butter
