STEP 1: Make the Peanut Butter Balls

First, in a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Then using a small ice cream scoop, scoop some dough and roll into a ball. Then place on a baking sheet and freeze while you continue to the cookie part.
