Above all, when baking your brownie mix crinkle cookies or any cookie for that matter. Try and use the best ingredients that you can afford. It really does make a difference. So splurge and get a brownie mix with good quality chocolate to make it extra good.

The first brownie ever created was for the 1893 World’s Fair. You can find more brownie history here.

Cookie Making Tips You Need to Know

Here are a few of my true go to hints when baking cookies that will really help make the best cookies.

  • Invest in an Oven thermometer to make sure that your oven is at the correct temperature.
  • Rotate the trays during the baking process so that the cookies cook evenly.
  • Invest in silicone baking sheets or parchment paper so that your cookies do not stick to the trays
  • Always start with a fresh tray. If you put cold dough on a hot tray it will melt to fast and not make that perfect cookie.
