Step 1: Prep

Begin by preheating oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lining your baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix Together

Next, whisk together the box brownie mix, large eggs, olive oil and flour together in a large mixing bowl. Use a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or a hand mixer at low speed to make the consistency of brownie batter. Then, take about one tablespoon full of the chocolate mixture and roll it into a ball. Roll the cookie dough balls in a medium bowl of powdered sugar, coating them well.

Ingredients
  

  • 18.4 ounces Brownie mix
  • 1 ½ cup Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together brownie mix, eggs, olive oil, and flour. Take about one tablespoon full of dough and roll in your hand into a ball. Roll in powdered sugar coating it well. Pressing some extra sugar into the top of the brownie cookie.
