About Tammy Overhoff
Tammy Overhoff is the founder of Organize Yourself Skinny, a blog she started over a decade ago after losing 40 pounds using simple habits like meal prep, freezer cooking, and creating routines that actually fit into her busy life. At the time, she was just a regular mom juggling work, kids, and everything in between—trying to get healthy without feeling completely overwhelmed.
