What We Love About This Deviled Eggs without Vinegar Recipe

Even though they’re good for you, hard boiled eggs, by themselves, can be very bland.  Then you have devilled eggs.  While also great, they can also become boring. Therefore, this is my favorite way to create one of the best appetizers. Having this creamy deviled eggs recipe is a bright new take that will have everyone grabbing seconds (as well as thirds).

  • 15 Minutes: Takes minutes to make and then just need to be chilled.
  • Easy Ingredients: All found in pantry or fridge, only 9 very simple ingredients.
  • Family Friendly: They are fun and poppable and such a great starter, snack or addition to any gathering.

Ingredient Notes

  • Hard Boiled Eggs: Standard large eggs are used, older are better for peeling eggs for the best deviled eggs.
  • Anchovy Paste: This paste is what gives that unique umami savory flavor. No one will even know.
  • Parmesan Cheese: The perfect ingredient for that signature caesar flavor.

How to Make Gourmet Deviled Eggs

These are the basic steps for making Gourmet Deviled Eggs. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions.

STEP 1: PREP

First, slice hardboiled eggs in half, lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Set white halves aside in a single layer.

STEP 2: PROCESS

Next, in food processor, add egg yolks, and everything but the cheese and then pulse until mixture is smooth and next stir in parmesan cheese.

STEP 3: PIPE

Finally, transfer mixture to a pastry bag or zip top bag; Snip off one corner and then pipe mixture into egg white halves. Chill.

Caesar deviled eggs must be consumed within four days, according to the USDA. If sitting out at room temperature, you should serve them within two hours and then discard.

CAN I MAKE THESE DEVILED EGGS EASTER APPETIZERS

Ingredients

  • 12 Hardboiled eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon House Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
