How Do You Make Deviled Eggs – Tips
There is nothing worse that trying to make pretty perfect eggs for your devilled eggs and they come out terrible. For that reason, here are a few ideas for peeling and presenting your deviled eggs. Below are some great tips:
- Try using older eggs. They work better and therefore don’t stick as much.
- Don’t forget running the eggs under cold water or placing them in an iced bath after cooking. Without a doubt, it helps the egg not adhere to the shell.
- Crack around the whole egg gently and then roll the egg to break up the shell by applying gently pressure.
- Also, cut off just a little bit of the egg white on the bottom so that it lays flat and is easier to fill and present.
