Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- For the glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ¼ cup warm heavy cream
- ¼ cup red melting chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 6 peppermint candies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease two donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
