  • Preheat Oven: First, Preheat oven to 450ºF. 
  • Prepare Potatoes: Then, peel sweet potatoes and trim off both ends. Next, slice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices. 
  • Melt Butter: Next, melt 1/2 cup of butter and add to a large bowl; Then add potato slices and stir until coated. Next, arrange potato slices on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer; Pour remaining melted butter from the bowl over the potatoes slices. Then sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of House Seasoning Blend.
  • Roast Potatoes: Roast potatoes for 15 minutes. Flip potatoes, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of House Seasoning Blend. Continue roasting for 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
  • Pour in Stock: Add stock to baking sheet and roast for 10 more minutes or until most of the broth is evaporated. 
  • Make Topping: While potatoes are roasting, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine walnuts, syrup, remaining 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 teaspoon House Seasoning Blend. 
  • Simmer: Simmer and stir until the butter emulsifies; Remove from heat.
  • Transfer Candied Sweet Potatoes: Finally, transfer potatoes to a platter and drizzle with syrup and walnut mixture right before serving

  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces toasted
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
