STEP 1: MAKE THE DOUGH

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. To make the the cookies with brownie mix, in a large bowl combine the brownie mix along with the flour. Then add in eggs, water, and melted butter. Once combined, then fold in chocolate chips and the m&m’s. Feel free to add extra chocolate chips to this cookie recipe if you’d like.

STEP 2: ROLL DOUGH INTO COOKIES

To a lined baking sheet, scoop cookie dough into tablespoon sized scoops, you can use a table spoon or a cookie scoop. Place onto cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 10-13 minutes the top appears to dry and cracked.

STEP 3: TOP BROWNIE MIX COOKIES WITH M&M’S

Once you remove the cookies from the oven, immediately press in m&m’s into top of the cookies, allow cookies to stay on pan for 3 more minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Allow to cool completely, then serve and enjoy!

  • 1 Brownie Mix, 18.9 oz
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Butter- Melted
  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup M&M’s
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine brownie mix and flour.
  • Add in eggs, water and melted butter, mix until well blended. The dough will be thick.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and ¾ cup of the M&M’s until well mixed.
  • Scoop out dough 1 tablespoon at a time, roll into a ball and place on prepared cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 10-13 minutes or until the top is cracked and appears dry.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately press the extra M&M’s into the tops of the cookies.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 3 minutes and then move to a cooling rack to cool completely.
