  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme, or 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 8 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Large onion , cut into large slices
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Green olives
  • 1 cup White wine

Instructions
