My son is obsessed with Chick Fil A, the fast food chicken restaurant.  Since we don’t have any nearby (yet), it became my mission to create a Copycat Chick Fil A Sauce recipe that we can enjoy anytime. I am not going to lie, I nailed It!

The reason that I had to make this Copycat Chick Fil A sauce is simple, I love it on everything and anything. Its great on the iconic chicken sandwich, on fries, onion rings, dare I say it, even burgers!

Chick Fil A has some wonderful sauces. They have the best yogurt parfait I have ever had and their frozen lemonade is a game changer. You can check out their menu here.

Why This Copycat Chick Fil A Sauce Works

My family are creatures of habit. I often find that I am making the same meals all the time. Therefore, I like to find little tweaks to make them different and a little bit special.

This chicken dipping sauce is great because it is so versatile. It makes your kids chicken fingers, tator tots, sandwiches, whatever, just a little bit different and delicious.

Recommendations for Making this Copycat Chick Fil A Recipe.

I use a full fat mayonnaise when making this recipe. You can use your favorite brand.

If you are vegan you can use one of the eggless mayonnaise. They have several really good varieties on the market now. If you are watching your calories try a low fat version.

To be really brave try one of the new mayonnaise that have out that add garlic, spices, hot sauces etc. You can literally make this Copycat Chick Fil A Sauce different ever time.

Could you use Plain Greek Yogurt instead of mayo?

I have not tried it, but I don’t see why not. It might affect the flavor slightly. Let me know if you try it and how it turns out.

Is it 1/4 CUP mayo for the Chick-Fil-A sauce? How long will it keep in the fridge?

This Chick Fil A Sauce is fantastic and in my opinion tastes better than the fast food version. We used it to dip French and zucchini fries in it. Practically licked the bowl!

We love this sauce. It is great on everything. Perfect for chicken but great with cold cut sandwiches too. I could eat it all by itself.
