How can I Make my In n Out Animal Style Fries Crispy

The most important way to get a crispy french fry is to soak them. Seriously, it removes the starches from the potatoes. Therefore, after you cut them, soak them in a bowl of cold water for at least 20 minutes before you air fry them.

Equally important is to let them dry on some paper towels, to ensure they are not soggy.
