Tips for Making this Easy Cucumber Salad

To make this recipe, I use a delicious type of cucumber called an English Cucumber. What is an English cucumber and why do I use them? The picture below is an English Cucumber.

english cucumbers An English cucumber is a long, narrow, cucumber that are seedless and don’t have to be peeled to enjoy. They also have a lower water content which make them perfect for my Cucumber Dill Salad with dill.

You can use a knife to slice or for beautiful uniform slices try this mandolin.
