- sugar
- active dry yeast
- water
- salt
- everything bagel seasoning (garlic flakes, garlic powder and onion flakes)

How to Make this Air Fryer Everything Bagels – Step by Step
- Start Dough: First, in a small bowl, add the sugar, yeast. Next, add water to the dry ingredients. Then, stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir in Flour: Second, add the bread flour and salt and stir lightly for 1 minute. Lightly knead the dough. Roll the dough into itself and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with a damp towel and let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Section: Third, once dough is doubled in size cut into 8 even pieces. and next, form each dough into a ball.
- Create Hole: Then, using your floured thumb and middle finger, create a hole in the center of the dough and then lightly stretch the hole open about an inch.
- Water: Meanwhile, get a pot of water to boiling and the lower the heat to low and then place each bagel in the hot water for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Bagel Season: Season the tops of each bagel with 1 TBSP of the Everything Bagel seasoning. Try using a pastry brush!
- Prepare Fryer: Finally, spray the air fryer basket with oil and place in and cook on 350 for 8 minutes. Dry on a cooling rack.

- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 ⅓ cups water , @ 90 degrees
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 8 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, +/- 1 tablespoon per bagel to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the sugar, yeast and water. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes. Frothy bubbles should form.
- Add flour and salt and stir lightly for 1 minute. Then using your hands, lightly knead the dough. Roll the dough into itself and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with a damp towel and let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Once dough is doubled in size cut into 8 even pieces. Form each dough into a ball by tucking in the edges of the cuts and rounding out on a flat surface.
- Using your floured thumb and middle finger, create a hole in the center of the bagel and then lightly stretch the hole open about an inch.
- Get a pot of water to boiling and the lower the heat to low. Bath each bagel in the hot water for 1-2 minutes on each side. The longer the bagel soaks, the chewier the result.
- Season the bagels with 1 TBSP of the Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place bagels in and cook on 350 for 8 minutes.
