This Air Fryer Pizookie recipe is a delicious hybrid of two of your favorite things, pizza and cookies. A warm decadent cookie topped with ice cream.

Pizookie is a thick deep dish cookie served with ice cream and toppings to make a spectacular dessert. Furthermore, making them in the Air Fryer makes them so quick and easy to make.

What You Need to Make this Air Fryer Pizookie Recipe

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • butter
  • sugar
  • brown sugar packed
  • vanilla
  • eggs
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Pizookie – Step by Step

  • Batter: First, using a mixer, mix together butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy and then add vanilla and eggs and beat. Lastly, slowly add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Chips: Second, stir in chocolate chips.
  • Mold: Next, using a spring mold pan, add parchment paper and then add four ice cream scoops of cookie batter into pan. Then press the batter evenly to fill the pan and cook on 370 for 10 minutes.
  • Cool: Let sit and cool before removing pizookie.
  • Top: Finally, top with favorite ice cream and sauce

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks butter softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Using a mixer, mix together butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy. 2 minutes
  • Add vanilla and eggs and beat for 1 minute. Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Using a spring mold pan, add parchment paper to bottom of pan and spray the inside with oil. Add four ice cream scoops of cookie batter into pan.
  • Compress the cookie batter to evenly fill the pan and cook on 370 for 10 minutes.
  • Let sit and cool for 15 minutes before removing pazookie.
  • Remove and top with favorite ice cream and sauce
