  • Preheat: First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a Bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix: Second, beat together the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until well combined and then add the gelatin and mix until combined.
  • Bake: Next, pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool: Allow the cake to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing together the butter, powdered sugar, cherry juice, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread: Finally, spread the prepared glaze over the top of the cake and allow to set before serving. Garnish the cake with cherries and lime slices, if desired.

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cups water
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 3.94 ounce Sonic Cherry Limeade Gelatin
  • Ingredients for the Glaze:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • cup maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a Bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Beat together the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  • Add the gelatin and mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
