STEP 1: Use a Food Processor to Crush the Crackers

First, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and then place full graham cracker sheets in a food processor and process until fine crumbs.

STEP 2: MIX

Second, add graham cracker crumbs, white sugar and brown sugar into a medium bowl and then add melted butter to graham cracker crumbs and stir until mixture resembles wet sand and crust holds together.

STEP 3: PRESS

Next, pour graham cracker mixture into a 9″ pie plate and use the bottom of a clean measuring cup to firmly pack the mixture into the bottom of the pie plate and up the sides of the pie plate. Firmly pressing helps hold the crust together. Finally, bake the pie crust for ten minutes. Finally, bake the crust for 10 minutes. It will be ready to fill with your favorite pie filling.

  • 10 Graham cracker sheets, approx 1 1/2 cups of crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons White sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Light brown sugar
  • 7 tablespoons Butter, melted
