- 6 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt flakes
- ½ teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper
Sauce
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ – ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
