  • Mayonnaise: I used store brand mayo, but any brand will work just fine.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: For this recipe you will need apple cider vinegar.
  • Dijon Mustard: Any type brand of dijon mustard will work, you can also use regular in you don’t have it.
  • Horseradish: Adding horseradish will help to add a little spicy.
  • Worcestershire Sauce: For this recipe you will some Worcestershire sauce.
  • Lemon Juice: You can use freshly squeeze or a pre squeezed from a bottle.

STEP 1: PREPARATION

First start by preheating oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking dish with non stick cooking oil.

STEP 2: MAKE THE WHITE BARBECUE SAUCE

To make the bbq white sauce combine all the sauce ingredients including mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion, and cayenne pepper. make sure to start with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar then add more as necessary. Whisk until fully combined.

STEP 3: ADD ALABAMA BBQ SAUCE TO CHICKEN

Season both sides of chicken with salt and black pepper, then add to a baking dish and pour over the white Alabama BBQ sauce. Cover the remaining sauce and store the fridge.

Bake for 45 minutes or until fully cooked. To check if chicken is done, you can use a meat thermometer, if the chicken reaches over 165 degrees, then it is done and safe to eat. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ¼ – ½ cup apple cider vinegar
