Cold Pasta Salad FAQs
If you want a substitute for anchovy paste, mashed capers, miso paste, or soy sauce will all work just fine.
Cover the salad bowl in plastic wrap, or transfer to an airtight container in the fridge. Because the dressing contains mayonnaise, refrigerate for up to 1-2 days.
To keep the pasta from drying out, you can chill it ahead of time, then add the fresh ingredients, such as the vegetables, after it’s done chilling. Make additional dressing if it seems a little dry.
