- shredded cheese

- Rest: Next, place dough ball in an oiled bowl and cover, let homemade pizza dough rise for 1-2 hours until dough doubles in size.
- Roll: Spray cookie sheet pan with oil and press dough.
- Bake: Then bake dough for 10 minutes on 375 degrees.

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 ¼ teaspoons active yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 refried beans
- 1 lb taco meat, prepared
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded lettuce
- 1 to mato diced
- 1 4 oz black olives, sliced can
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the sugar, water and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour and salt and mix well using a dough hook. Knead for 10 minutes until a ball forms.
- Place dough ball in an oiled bowl and cover, let dough rise for 1-2 hours until dough doubles in size.
- Spray sheet pan with oil and lay out dough until it completely covers the pan. 10 x 15 pan. Use less dough for a thinner crust.
- Bake dough for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Remove pizza crust and top with beans and then meat.
- Add the cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove pizza and add the lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
