Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cup Onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
  • 3 cups Water
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley

  • ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 4 cups Half and Half

Instructions
