1. Prep Baking Dish and Sweet Rolls
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Place the entire bottom half on the baking sheet and set the top of the rolls to the side.
2. Make and Cook the Sausage
Make one inch thick square sausage patties from the sausage roll that are the size of one of the Hawaiian rolls. Cook in a skillet over medium heat and place the cooked breakfast sausage patties on bottom half of the rolls.
3. Cook the Eggs and Crispy Bacon
Crack the 6 eggs into a bowl and stir. Drain some of the grease from the skillet and then add the eggs in and scramble the eggs.
While the eggs cook, microwave the bacon according to the package directions. Scoop the scrambled eggs on top of the sausage and lay cooked bacon on top of the eggs. Place the top half of the buns on top.
4. Toast the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
In a small bowl add the milk, 3 egg yolks, heavy cream and cinnamon. Stir and then brush the tops of the sliders. Broil for 3-5 minutes, until the tops of the buns are golden brown. Slice, drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
