Next, add the onions and garlic to the bottom of the slow cooker. Then place the seasoned ribs on top of the onions and garlic. Pour half of the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs and spread it over the entire surface.

3. Cook the Ribs until Fork Tender

Then cover the slow cooker and cook ribs on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1-2 hours. When the ribs are done, remove them from the slow cooker and transfer them to a foil lined baking sheet.
